A smaller version of our flagship event space, The Great Halls, Academia is a beautifully arched venue that is ideal for small award ceremonies, gala dinners and exhibitions. It is commonly used as a secondary space to complement The Great Halls and the Mezzanine.

The Boardroom is the ideal space for hosting small conferences and meetings. In keeping with the high-arch and exposed brick style of Vinopolis, the room also offers natural daylight and boasts an 80” TV screen for displaying presentations.

With an in-house large screen and projector, lectern and PA system included in the hire, The Cellar is an ideal location for conferences, executive meetings, team presentations, exclusive receptions, or even as a secondary catering space, with a maximum capacity of 150 guests standing.

For a more modern style, The Gallery is a fresh, contemporary space with white-washed walls and high ceilings, great for product launches and exhibitions. With room for up to 220 guests, the space is fitted with in-house lighting for atmosphere and drama.

The Great Halls
Easily accessible with its own private entrance and cloakroom, the Great Halls is the flagship venue of Vinopolis, with magnificent high-vaulted ceilings, oak-wood flooring and exposed brickwork true to London Victorian style. Accommodating up to 750 guests, The Great Halls is our largest space, offering huge flexibility for any occasion or theme and great for tiered events.

The Mezzanine is our second largest event space, accommodating up to 300 guests. Benefiting from natural daylight, it blends contemporary and traditional architecture with original brickwork and a wood-beam ceiling with incorporated sky lights. It is great for break-out sessions and small exhibitions, and is equally suited for Christmas parties.

Freshly installed for the brand new Vinopolis Wine Tasting Experience, our state-of-the-art Theatre accommodates up to 75 guests and is a great location for presentations, conferences or small film launches. Fitted with a large screen and specialised lighting, it is ideal for providing an immersive and interactive experience as part of your event.

The Vinopolis Wine Tasting Experience
Offering huge flexibility, you can also hire the Vinopolis tasting experience as an event space, available by arch or as a whole unit, hosting up to approximately 1000 guests standing. The Theatre and Reception area can also be hired individually and, connected with The Boardroom, provide a great 3-way event space ideal for drinks receptions, awards ceremonies, conferences or break-out areas, accommodating up to 100 guests depending on the event.
