Senior Wine Host Admin & Operations

Vinopolis is seeking a motivated and service-driven individual for our Senior Wine Host – Administration & Operations position. You will work closely with our Supervisors as well as our team of Wine Hosts to ensure that the work environment is ready and organized for each day of operations as well as our hosted events and masterclasses. We have over 100 wines and spirits available to taste as a part of our Wine Tasting Experience. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience in a role requiring routine coordination of materials and procedures. They must also be charming, personable, and knowledgeable to meet the needs of our guests. A demonstration of wine knowledge is required for this role, whether from a qualification (such as WSET) or relative experience.

Senior Receptionist

As a Senior Receptionist, we are looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse at all times and is aware of everything that is happening at Vinopolis including products, events (private and public) and can competently deal with any questions and enquiries relating to Vinopolis.

You will need to be engaging and outgoing, able to greet visitors, answer their questions and share information in a correct and polite manner, ensuring every customer has a positive and professional beginning to their visitor experience. As Senior Receptionist, you will be in charge of a small team of receptionists. You will be responsible for checking their rotas, giving breaks at the correct times and ensuring procedures are being followed and high standards are met. You will be proactive in your approach and will manage the cloak rooms, toilet checks, crowd management to ensure a smooth journey for all our customers. Site Technician

We are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to join out site maintenance team. You will need to be able to prioritise workload and work well in a team. The Site Technician will provide reactive and pro-active support across all areas of the business and facilities, including Repairs and Maintenance and Technical support.
