Operations Manager for Wine & Spirits Experience (Temporary Contract until December 2015)
Central to the Vinopolis portfolio is London’s Wine Tasting Destination – the Wine Experience that welcomes over 120,000 visitors and generates £2.6M in revenue per annum. In this pivotal role, you will lead, manage, motivate and develop the Operational Teams to deliver and exceed customer expectations and ensure that all operations are commercially driven by working within predefined financial budgets and along a clear and innovative business plan. Supported by your colleagues on the senior management team who provide, Marketing, Sponsorship, Stock Procurement and Facilities Management, this role reports straight in to the Managing Director.
This role is a temporary position until December 2015, we are looking for a candidate to work full time to fulfill this role. Salary on application.

We are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to join out site maintenance team. You will need to be able to prioritise workload and work well in a team. The Site Technician will provide reactive and pro-active support across all areas of the business and facilities, including Repairs and Maintenance and Technical support.
