Just 5 minutes from London Bridge and located near the attractions of London’s Southbank and foodie heaven of Borough Market it’s the perfect place to enjoy wine tasting.

The Wine Tasting Experience at Vinopolis allows you to discover new wines at your own pace.

• -On arrival at reception you’ll be given your key to wine! This is a pre-loaded debit card with electronic tokens which you will use throughout the experience
• -A wine host will welcome you with a 15 minute ‘How to Taste’ introduction where you will learn the fundamental skills of tasting wine with a free white wine sample – sniff, swirl, slurp!
• -This session highlights what tastes you can identify and aromas you can smell.
• -After your introduction to the world of wine you are free to discover the eight tasting and educational zones at your leisure.
• -Register your wine debit card at one of the touch screens to ensure you receive your tasting notes by email after your visit.
• -Use your electronic tokens to sample the wines (all served in 25ml measures) or spirits from Enomatic machines – these machines are used to ensure the wines and spirits you try are always fresh and served at their optimum temperatures. These machines use revolutionary preservation to ensure superb wine quality and prevent wines from being altered by oxygen protecting the taste, aroma, body and colour of the wines.
• -Why not indulge in our Canard-Duchene Champagne bar? With a range of Canard-Duchene champagnes to try and a speciality Champagne cocktail available too.
• –Expert wine hosts are on hand to answer any of your questions and to make recommendations based on your taste profile.
• -The wines on the experience are all carefully chosen and include a range of grape varieties and blends from across the world. We select wines that you may not always find in your local supermarket – if you love a wine you can always pick up your own from Laithwaites The Arch and all Vinopolis customers receive a 10% discount when they show a valid ticket on the day of purchase. Do you have questions about wine? Our wine hosts are always on hand to help but our Sunday Wine Tasting Experience will also include a drop-in Question and Answer Session in the Discovery Zone from 4:30pm – 5:30pm.
